2027: Tinubu, Shettima’s Re-election Will Be Easy Win – Shinkafi

Former Zamfara governorship aspirant and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, has hailed the appointment of Senator Abdul’Aziz Abubakar Yari as Director-General of the 2027 Tinubu/Shettima Re-election Campaign Council, describing it as a move that will guarantee victory for the ruling party.

Reacting to the announcement, Shinkafi said the calibre of individuals appointed into the council makes the task of securing a renewed mandate for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima much easier.

“It would therefore be an easy job for Senator Yari to render effective leadership to the campaign council in securing a renewed mandate for President Tinubu and Vice President Shettima,” Shinkafi stated.

He urged APC members, stakeholders, and Nigerians who believe in democracy and development to rally behind the campaign council, stressing that Yari’s leadership would ensure discipline, focus, and a historic victory for the party.

“With Senator Yari leading the charge, we have no doubt that this Campaign Council will be disciplined, laser-focused, and will deliver a historic victory to the Tinubu/Shettima ticket and the APC,” he added.

The APC and the Presidency had earlier confirmed the formation of the campaign council, with Yari officially appointed to spearhead the re-election drive.
